Vineyard-Inspired Bachelorette Party Decorations

The most incredible vineyard-inspired bachelorette party decorations! If you’re looking for unique and low-key bachelorette party ideas, I’ve got the full rundown on our vineyard-at-home party.

Though my sister Christine has moved her official wedding to 2021, we wanted to still give her a kickass bachelorette party this summer. It was the socially distant girls weekend that we all needed. We rented the most beautiful house in Vermont, all the women got COVID tests before the weekend, and we made the absolute most of a fantastic weekend.

Since we were adhering to social distance guidelines, we planned the entire weekend to ‘stay home.’ This meant that we brought all of the party, all of the food, and all of the fun into the house. On Saturday night, we planned a vineyard-inspired dinner party. My sister Kim handled all of the catering plans, and Christine’s friend Katie created the loveliest winery-themed decor, down to every last detail. Want to see?

Katie created a custom winery logo with the couple’s last name and wedding year (they plan to be married in 2020 with an official celebration with family and friends in 2021) and had it printed on this hangable sign. We found a perfect spot near the dinner table, and Katie added faux leaves for the full winery effect.

If you’re looking for customized party decor with a personal touch, I highly recommend working with Katie!

Katie also made glasses for everyone with the logo on one side and personalized names on the other. Honestly, just so adorable and were so fun to have for the night!

My favorite detail were the wine labels. Katie and I came up with wine names that reflected special places for Christine and Mike. I just love this personal touch…I’m pretty sure it’s my favorite of the whole night.

Let’s talk about dinner. Kim found this incredible place, called The Downtown Grocery, to cater everything for the night - from cocktails and floral arrangements to dinner and dessert.

It was rustic and beautiful, and truly set the mood for the night. It felt very on-brand for Christine as well.

The Downtown Grocery made a signature cocktail, a Hibiscus Margarita, and even provided the salt. It was so good!

Of course, I made an epic, moody cheese board.

And for dinner, we had tomato and mozzarella…watermelon and feta salad……and seafood paella. All of the food was absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for catering near Ludlow/Okemo in Vermont, I highly recommend The Downtown Grocery.

We had such a lovely and fun weekend in and I still just cannot get over this dinner or the gorgeous bachelorette party decorations. If you have any questions or are planning your own bachelorette party, feel free to comment and I will do my best to answer your questions!
