Refillable Popcorn Bucket at Walt Disney World
The refillable popcorn bucket at Walt Disney World is a MUST for our family on every trip! It’s a fun, inexpensive Disney snack for the whole family and our favorite souvenir.
Planning a trip to Disney World? You’re going to want to save one of my top tips:
Get the refillable popcorn bucket at Walt Disney World!
It’s the easiest way to keep a snack on hand throughout busy days that can go from joyful to hangry, fast. We get the Disney World popcorn bucket every time we visit the parks. This simple tip has saved us from many a hangry moment - from both our kids and us.
The Refillable Popcorn Bucket at Walt Disney World is:
Fun
Delicious
Collectible
Readily available in all parks
One of the best value snacks in the parks
Shareable for the whole family
Helps long lines go by fast; as we were about to get in a long line, we’d fill the bucket so we’d have something to snack on while we waited.
Solves all hangry meltdowns in between meals
Makes a great souvenir to take home and use again and again!
We discovered the refillable popcorn bucket during our 2020 trip to Disney World. When we travel, especially in Disney World, we like to go all day and night. Most days, we go rope drop to close and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We don’t love big sit down meals and instead prefer to sample and explore as we go, filling in with smaller snacks along the way. Popcorn is a great fill in food between heavier snacks or meals.
The classic souvenir popcorn bucket costs $13 and come filled with popcorn. You may then refill your bucket at any park for the duration of your trip for $2.25 a pop! Isn’t this a great Disney park hack?
Where to Get Popcorn in Disney World:
All 4 core parks have spots to purchase and fill up your popcorn bucket.
Magic Kingdom: on Main Street to the left upon park entry, just past the hub to the right of Cinderella Castle (our favorite spot), the Adventureland popcorn cart, the Storybook Circus popcorn cart in Fantasyland, Frontierland, Tomorrowland and Liberty Square
EPCOT: World Celebration by the Imagination! pavilion, the World Celebration Cart next to the Creations Shop, World Discovery near Mission: SPACE, Fife & Drum Tavern in the American pavilion, and you can get regular and maple popcorn refills in the Canada pavilion.
Animal Kingdom: Mahindi in Africa, Trek Snacks in Asia, The Feeding Ground Popcorn Cart at Discovery Island, Corn-Ivores Popcorn Cart in DinoLand, U.S.A.
Hollywood Studios: Hot and Fresh Popcorn Stands near Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway

Bonus Disney World Popcorn Tips:
The Canada pavilion in EPCOT serves maple popcorn and it counts as a refill in your bucket! Don’t sleep on this one friends!
The refillable popcorn bucket clips onto your stroller handle.
We also like to purchase bags of flavored or candied popcorn throughout the parks and add these to our bucket for a fun change up. Note, these are not included as a $2.25 refill.
These flavored popcorn bags are also a fun souvenir to bring home for friends and family, or as a special treat to enjoy when you’re home and sad that your Disney vacation has ended. You can usually find these throughout souvenir shops in the parks. We’ve picked these up at Main Street Confectionery in Magic Kingdom as well as Island Mercantile and Riverside Depot in Animal Kingdom.
For something extra fun, check out this blueberry almond popcorn at Windtraders Shop in Pandora at Animal Kingdom.
And, you can find caramel popcorn from Karamell-Kuche in the Germany Pavilion in EPCOT! Also not included in the refills, however, super fun to take along for snacking anyway.
Lastly, bring some Disney magic home and use the popcorn buckets for movie night! We have 2 buckets so each kid gets their own Disney bucket. It’s a fun way to remember our trip and make movie night extra special.
Now that I’ve shared everything you need to know about popcorn in Disney World, what do you think? Would you get or have you gotten the refillable popcorn bucket in Walt Disney World?
Disney’s Animal Kingdom gets a bad rap for being a ‘half-day park’ or a ‘glorified zoo.’ I couldn’t disagree more. It’s one of our family’s favorite parks and experiences at Disney World and so I’m listing all the best things to do at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
